At Valkn Clothing, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a smooth post-purchase experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.



✅ Return Eligibility


We accept return requests only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product is defective

• The product received is incorrect or missing


Important conditions:

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims

• The return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery



🔁 Exchange Policy


We currently offer exchanges only for size-related concerns, subject to the conditions below.


Exchange conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Exchange request must be raised within 4 days of delivery

• Exchange is applicable only for the same product (same design and color)


If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value.



🚫 No Return / No Exchange Applies To


To maintain hygiene and quality standards, returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

• Products that are used or washed

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or limited-edition products

• Orders raised without an unboxing video for damage claims



💰 Refund Policy


Refunds are processed only if:

• The product is damaged or incorrect

• The product is missing

• An exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability


Refund mode:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

• COD orders: Refunded via UPI



🚚 Return & Exchange Shipping

• Damaged / incorrect product: Free return pickup arranged by us

• Size exchange: A logistics fee of ₹100–₹150 will be applicable (standard across India)
